Please read these terms carefully before using JobCV. By using the service you agree to be bound by them.
By registering an account or otherwise using JobCV ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
JobCV is an online platform that allows users to create, manage, and export resumes and cover letters. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time. We are currently in public beta.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You retain full ownership of the content you create with JobCV (resumes, cover letters, uploaded photos). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not share your content with third parties.
You agree not to:
JobCV offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance via Payriff. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you have not used any premium features during that period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We are not responsible for employment outcomes, interview results, or any decisions made by third parties based on resumes created using JobCV. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
